Can I return my order?

Yes, returning your order is possible under certain conditions. If you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. All components and parts of the product are intact, and the original packaging is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  2. The product has only been handled with care, and any damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not included.
  3. Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.
  4. The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, we will officially acknowledge the return within this period.

We reserve the right to reject any return if we suspect that the item has been used or damaged due to reasons unrelated to us.

How can I return my order?

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • A photo of the product in case of damage
    • Your full name
    • Your address

We will respond with further instructions and provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return the product to the sender’s address—wait for the correct return address from our customer service team.

The cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.


Consumer Rights and Cancellation Policy

As a consumer (a natural person purchasing for personal use rather than professional purposes), you have the right to cancel your order under the following terms:

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, starting from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the last item of your order.

Due to our automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed, which means we cannot cancel the shipment before delivery. Cancellations can only be processed once you have received the goods.

To cancel, please notify us via email (info@voilevo.com) with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the order. The cancellation will be effective once we have received the goods back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders in Transit

Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer than usual. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. We kindly ask that you wait until the goods have been delivered and then initiate the return process. You may still notify us of your intent to cancel in advance.

For faster processing, we encourage you to provide proof of shipment when returning the item.


Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any delivery costs (except for any extra charges incurred if you selected a delivery option other than our standard one). The refund will be processed within 30 days after we receive your return request and the goods.

We will use the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
